I am pleased to announce that this year The School of Ayurveda is teaming up with
Jeff Perlman of Three Seasons Ayurveda for his Ayurveda and Yoga retreat in Kerala, India.
‍
Kerala is the home of Ayurveda.
‍
Located in Kerala is the Manaltheeram Ayurvedic Beach Resort. Manaltheeram is one of the
region's most highly recognized Ayurvedic centers, which offers beautiful accommodations, a
large selection of organic vegetarian meals and filtered water on a private 25-acre compound.
The resort has wi-fi, electronic safes, Western bathrooms in all accommodations, room service,
and hammocks outside your door.

Upon arrival, you are checked into your cottage and meet with an Ayurvedic doctor who will evaluate your health and designs your personalized health program, which includes daily body therapies administered by two therapists, your herbal medicines, and your dietary needs.

Each day you check in with your Ayurvedic doctor and have your daily body therapies.
Jeff teaches therapeutic yoga, pranayama, and meditation classes each day. The rest of your
day is for personal time, rest, coastal walks, shopping, and sightseeing in the surrounding area.

In the evenings, the resort offers traditional Indian dances and musical programs.
