“I participated in Kathryn’s introductory course to Ayurveda and was so taken with it, I took the plunge and enrolled in her professional program! Kathryn’s approach to this healing science was so easy and approachable, I quickly integrated the knowledge she imparted through our conversations. I look forward to diving deeper into Ayurveda and would encourage anyone with even a passing interest to take her introductory course. The knowledge that I have a Kapha-Pitta dual dosha has changed the way I not only eat, but digest all of my surroundings. She’s awesome.”
